Wrong size/delivery. I've got a too short version of the carpet runner – and not the size I ordered. The costumer service was friendly, they take it back without any trouble. Still it causes a quite a lot of inconveniences . Covoarele din lână au o viaţă îndelungată şi sunt extrem de rezistente la uzura zilnică. Lâna are o rezistenţă naturală la murdărie şi este uşor de întreţinut. These carpets are made in Bhadohi, India using good quality wool which makes them soft and comfortable to walk on. A different kind of loom is used in the production process which makes the work faster than traditional carpet knotting and results in a lower price. However, the newer method does not allow for advanced patterns so they are only available in single colours or simple geometric patterns. The value-for-money carpets are ideal for both a well-designed office or in a home with modern decor.
